returns & cancellations

Because our stationery is personalised, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on customised items. We kindly ask you to review your digital proof carefully before giving approval, as this is the final step before printing.

Samples (non-personalised products):

  • May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the quality, please contact us at hello@rosastudio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
